Audition Tips

Preparing for Auditions is always important so here are some tips to helping when auditioning for RCCP.  

*Please arrive 10-15mins early for any audition to fill out audition forms.*

Adult Vs. Kids Shows

• Adult Shows are for those ages 16+
• Kids shows are ages 8-High school 
• Ages listed above while are the standard ages, however those ages can be changed at the discretion of the director.

Straight Plays

• Scripts will be provided for you to do a read through of selected areas at the directors discretion.
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Have Fun!

Musicals

•  Have a song prepared that is not from the Musical Production you're auditioning for.
• Bring Sheet Music for the Accompanist
• Pre-recorded Music & A Capella Auditions WILL NOT be accepted
• Wear your dancing shoes
• Wear comfortable Clothing
• Wear your best Smile
• Have Fun & Enjoy the moment!
